Cric Studio Canada Inc. ships orders within Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping options available for your address will be shown at checkout, except for the separate shipping charge described below for Kit Bags and Full Kits.
Shipping within Canada
Standard shipping within Canada is a flat fee of $15 CAD.
Free standard shipping applies to Canadian orders with a merchandise subtotal over $200 CAD after discounts and before tax. If a discount reduces the merchandise subtotal to $200 CAD or less, the $15 standard shipping fee will apply.
Kit Bags and Full Kits are excluded from free shipping. If your order includes a Kit Bag or a Full Kit, a $30 CAD shipping charge applies regardless of the order value.
For orders that include a Kit Bag or a Full Kit, the cart and checkout will not automatically calculate this $30 shipping charge. The $30 shipping charge must be paid separately after the order is placed.
For orders that do not include a Kit Bag or a Full Kit, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Estimated delivery within Canada is typically 7 to 9 business days.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or because of carrier delays, weather, customs, inventory verification, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent where tracking is available.
International shipping
International shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on the available shipping service and destination.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
Lost or damaged shipments
Please contact us at support@cricstudiocanada.com within 2 days of delivery if an order arrives damaged. We will assist with the carrier investigation and determine the appropriate resolution.
