Return and Refund Policy
Non-Returnable Products:
- Please note that certain products are not eligible for return. These items are clearly marked on the product listing page. All sales of non-returnable products are final.
- Items on Sale and clearance are non-returnable.
Returnable Products:
- Products eligible for return must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your return.
- Package the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories, and clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
Exceptions:
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and intimate or sanitary goods.
