This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, including delivery times, shipping costs, and other important information. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Shipping Destinations

We ship our products to customers within Canada and internationally. Please note that certain products may have restrictions based on the destination country. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@cricstudiocanada.com to inquire about shipping options.

  1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer. We will notify you of any significant delays in processing your order.

  1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer Standard Shipping. Estimated delivery time is 7-9 business days within Canada and 14-21 business days for international orders. Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Our products may be shipped from any of our global locations based on inventory available. If you are contacted by the shipper or customs authorities for any payments, please contact us immediately at support@cricstudiocanada.com.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination and origination of your order. Our products may be shipped from any of our global locations based on inventory available. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please review the order and shipping cost carefully before proceeding with your payment.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. You will not be required to pay customs duty on orders placed from Canada with delivery to any location in Canada. For International orders, these charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. You are responsible for paying these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

  1. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@cricstudiocanada.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send you a replacement or issue a refund. Final decision will be at our discretion.  

  1. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries due to local regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order comply with the import regulations of your country. We are not responsible for orders that are confiscated or delayed by customs.

  1. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

  1. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response within 2 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund, excluding shipping costs.
